RFHA Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. RFHA Inc's privacy policy applies to use of this Site, and its terms are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Any personal data (for example, your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) you transmit to the Site will be used by RFHA Inc. in accordance with RFHA Inc's privacy policy. We process your donations through secure payment facilities such as Donorbox, Paypal or credit card. All funds are paid directly to RFHA. Our third-party suppliers can be viewed here

Accounts

RFHA Inc. welcomes clubs and other Users to link to the Site. Disputes

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claims or any dispute with RFHA Inc. is to discontinue using the Site. International Users

This Site is controlled, operated, and administered by RFHA Inc. from its headquarters within the United States. Online payments

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for making payments on RFHA Inc's website for such services as member dues, contributions, and event registrations.

When you enter your credit card information, you give RFHA Inc's permission to process the transaction. Credit cards are charged in real time. By completing your payment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

RFHA, Inc. may change, add, modify, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions prior to each use of the site. Using this site indicates your agreement to changes in the Terms and Conditions.

Event registration cancellation and refund policy

All registrations are subject to the event's cancellation and refund policy. Please refer to the event's website or registration materials to review the policy.

Contributions to RFHA Inc.

Your contribution to RFHA Inc. is an irrevocable gift that will be used as you indicate. RFHA Inc. will process your contribution. RFHA Inc. does not offer any goods or services in return for contributions. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you donate funds through RFHA' Inc's website.

Contribution refund policy

If you or RFHA Inc. makes an error in your contribution, we will refund the transaction within 15 days of receipt of notice of the error. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your contribution by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card.
